  • SLA (Service Level Agreement): We will use a professional Service Level Agreement (SLA) for major, minor incidents and as well as problems, AND IN PROVISION OF PROJECTS WITH TIME FRAMED APPROACH AND PLANNING AND OUR METHODICAL/TECHNICAL APPROACH RELAY FROM IT INDUSTRIAL TEHNOLOGIES OF cisco, Microsfot and Compatia N+. This skill and experiences are acquired from International Service Providers through each our personnel’s career development.
  • Incident Log or Project Tracking Log: IT tasks (Services or preventive and repair summary sheets in a simple semi-auto program (application) will be used for reporting mechanism.
